Coil Bender  or Coil Form can process 800mm to 1500mm Coil width.

Coil Form Feature of structure:

1. Coil Form or Coil Bender Machine Structure: Coil Form or Coil Bender adopts cantilever layout and hydraulic drive . Positioning by  mechanical  device, When machine is working, bending plate and bending support plate can move and rotary together with the workpiece, so that the workpiece can be protected without damage. Machine use rotary encoder to control bending angle and adjust in the range.  Electrical control system employ PLC controller with operation mode INCH, AUTO for functional action as coil   hold, bending, repositioning.
